Introduction to maintenance and maintenance methods of scrap iron briquetting machine

1. The newly purchased equipment should not be used immediately. The oil tank should be cleaned before adding hydraulic oil, because there may be impurities or iron filings in the oil tank, which will have serious consequences once it enters the hydraulic system
2. During the working process of the scrap iron briquetting machine, it is found that there is noise in the hydraulic pump and overflow valve, which cannot be eliminated after venting. It can only be used after finding out the causes and troubleshooting. If a performing element moves slowly when there is no load, and there is overflow movement and static of the overflow valve, it shall be shut down immediately for maintenance.
3. Regularly maintain the scrap iron briquetting machine. Check the filter. If there are too many impurities, directly replace it with a new one; Check whether the hydraulic oil is degenerated, short or has too many impurities. If there is a problem with a single hydraulic oil, the equipment function will be greatly affected.
4. Check whether the control cabinet has any fault before and after work, and take dust-proof, moisture-proof and waterproof measures for the control cabinet. It is better to avoid the control cabinet indoors.
5. Check whether the column is worn or rusted, and regularly lubricate the column.
6. Check the use of the mold to see if there is deformation or severe wear. If there is a problem, replace the mold with a new one. Clean up the iron filings in the mold before going off duty.
7. Check whether the screws are loose, because the equipment will shake during the working process, and loose screws will affect the stability of the equipment.
