This is a traditional way. Complete cylinder bottom, cylinder barrel and flange. When installing, the flange shall be fastened on the lower plane of the upper beam. Because of its complex stress and poor processing technology, it is gradually eliminated.
3. Reverse cylinder compression cylinder: generally, the cylinder is installed on the upper beam, and the piston is connected with the movable beam. Now the large tonnage briquetting machine has the trend of reverse cylinder. The inverted cylinder is connected with the upper beam, and the column is connected with the movable beam. The working principle is the same as that of the general piston cylinder. It has many advantages, and the cylinder beam structure is single. However, because the whole upper beam is a large casting, under the action of high-pressure oil, it is difficult to avoid the defects such as looseness, shrinkage and leakage of the casting. Therefore, most presses add steel sleeves to the inner holes of the cylinders.
