Cause analysis and treatment of oil leakage inside and outside hydraulic cylinder of metal briquetting machine

The metal briquetting machine is mainly composed of main hydraulic cylinder, push cylinder and distribution cylinder. Their functions are also different. Once oil leakage occurs, it will affect the normal operation of the hydraulic cylinder system. Generally, hydraulic cylinder oil leakage is divided into external leakage and internal leakage. Once the oil cylinder leaks oil, how to find out the cause of the oil leakage? There are two causes of oil leakage inside and outside the hydraulic cylinder of the metal briquetting machine and their treatment methods:
In case of external leakage of the hydraulic cylinder during the operation of the primary metal briquetting machine, we should shut down the machine for the following inspection:
1. If the seal at the top of the hydraulic cylinder is aged or severely worn, it may cause oil leakage. In this case, we can replace the seals. However, if it is found that the seal at the bottom of the hydraulic cylinder of the briquetting machine has been aged for a long time, the top cover may be too tight during installation, resulting in damage to the seal. We need to replace the seals or change the planning instruments.
2. The joints of oil inlet and outlet pipes of hydraulic cylinder of metal briquetting machine are not fixed tightly or cracked, resulting in hydraulic cylinder leakage. Now it is necessary to replace the high-quality oil pipe and install and fix the O-ring from the beginning. It is also possible that the hydraulic cylinder or cylinder end cover has defects due to the quality of the briquetting machine, so the hydraulic cylinder needs to be replaced from the beginning. Or maybe there are too many impurities in the hydraulic oil added by the operator in the metal briquetting machine, causing the piston rod of the hydraulic cylinder to be strained. It is necessary to check whether the piston rod has been corrected. If there is no new piston rod, it can be directly replaced.
Moreover, if the metal briquetting machine is found to be leaking inside the hydraulic cylinder during operation, if the unloading valve of the metal briquetting machine is faulty, it cannot play its due role, and the oil return cannot be quickly returned to the oil tank. If the hydraulic oil in the hydraulic cylinder leaks, the unloading valve should be checked and repaired in time. Due to the severe wear of the seal at the bottom of the piston rod, when the metal briquetting machine is pressurized, the hydraulic oil flows from one chamber of the hydraulic cylinder to another chamber, resulting in no pressure of the equipment. We can deal with this problem by replacing the seals.
In general, the effect of hydraulic cylinder in metal briquetting machine is very great. Ensuring that it does not leak oil can not only improve the pressure of equipment, but also prevent the waste and pollution of hydraulic oil. Therefore, in our daily work, it is necessary to do a good job in the daily maintenance of the metal briquetting machine.
