Causes and treatment of pressure problems of scrap iron briquetting machine in metal briquetting machine

The scrap iron briquetting machine has no pressure or the pressure does not rise. Generally, it is caused by the lack of hydraulic oil or the insufficient system pressure caused by the broken electronic valve.
The analysis of the problem that the scrap iron briquetting machine has no pressure or the pressure cannot rise is not as intuitive as other factors, because the leakage of valve parts and hydraulic pumps or the improper adjustment of system overflow valve and shunt valve may produce similar signs of leakage in the hydraulic cylinder, so before repairing the hydraulic cylinder, you should check the working pressure of the hydraulic cylinder and the full stroke time of the piston, and understand whether the pressure failure of the hydraulic cylinder is occasional or gradual, After comparison with historical records or specification values. The specific treatment is as follows:
1. Properly adjust the diameter of the damping hole of the main valve core. Generally, the diameter of the damping hole of the relief valve in the domestic specification is 0.8-1.5mm, which can be changed to 1.5-1.8mm. This has little effect on the static characteristics, but the lag time can be greatly reduced and the pressure can rise rapidly.
2. Dismantle and clean the main valve and pilot valve, and use 0.8-1.0m steel wire to connect the damping hole of the main valve element, or blow through with compressed air, which can eliminate the problem of slow pressure rise in most cases.
3. Reduce the lifting height of the main valve core. For example, a 3-4.5mm thick gasket is set on the upper end of the main valve core of y1-10 B valve, and the lag time can be about 0.4s from 2S. Otherwise, it is better to choose two-section concentric overflow valve in this regard.
4. Remove the burrs on the sharp edges of the main valve core and valve body groove of the scrap iron briquetting machine with a nylon brush to ensure that the cooperative gap between the main valve core and the valve hole moves sensitively within the range of 0.008-0.015mm. For the overflow valve with large diameter, the cooperative gap can be appropriately larger.
5. The plate valve shall not be tightened too tightly by grasping a screw and the pipe joint of the tubular valve, so as to avoid the deformation of the valve hole. If the valve seat is damaged, which will cause wear and serious strain of the cone valve, it shall be replaced or grinded to make it close. If the problem is attributed to the hydraulic pump, repair the hydraulic pump or replace the hydraulic pump.
6. The tension spring that is missed, wrongly installed or broken shall be reinstalled or replaced from the beginning; When remote pressure regulation is not required, the remote control port shall be blocked or plugged with a plug.
In addition, the reason why the scrap iron briquetting machine may not maintain the pressure is also closely related to the oil cylinder system.
